Urgent Care Update: Effective immediately, our Urgent Care hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. We will not be open on Saturdays or Sundays. Please note: Starting August 1st, our Urgent Care will no longer be contracted with IEHP.
Patients whose Primary Care Provider (PCP) is at one of our offices may continue to schedule appointments and receive care as usual.

UPDATE: All of our locations will be closing early today, June 23, 2026, at 3:30 PM. We will resume normal business hours tomorrow.

TO REQUEST ACCESS TO OUR NEW PATIENT PORTAL, YOU HAVE OPTIONS:

Option 1: Visit www.citrusvalleymedical.com and use the “We’re Online” chat box.

Option 2: Call your provider’s office to request access.

Option 3: Contact your provider’s Medical Assistant directly.

Note that staff will not respond to new messages until June 3rd

UpDox Patient Portal will be discontinued after May 28th.
